Currently have a mame in a 4 player 3 button each NFL Blitz cab.

I have setup the Arpicade and I am about ready to install it into the cab.

Seeing the jpac is wired and setup for buttons...is it as simple as plugging the USB into the Arpicade ?

You will probably need to configure the emulators to use all four players, will depend on if they have default 4 player setups that match your config. For the MAME emulators this will be done through the MAME menus (start + right on joystick or 'tab' on keyboard), for the Retroarch based emulators 'F1' on keyboard will open the Retroarch menus.

As far as the hardware goes it's as simple as plugging it in.
