I see the 3.9 update notes are available on highscoresaves for viewing, did 3.9 get released?

nope, sorry. Not sure why that got posted up but it was in error. 3.82 is dropping now though.

Nothing official here yet.
However, dee2eR has had ISP issues so it should be pretty soon.
