Naomi MVC2 - which hardware

Im a current Arpicade owner, but its using an older pi, i think its 3B+ or something like that.

Thinking of buying a new setup, specifically something that would support the arcade version of Marvel Vs Capcom 2 (Naomi)

I have an astro city, so understand it wouldnt be full res, itd be 15k.

Is there a later version of Arpicade/hardware that has emulation support for it and can run it decently? If so what emulator/hardware/arpicade versions and so on. Also, does it have a way to save unlocked characters.

I dont really want to run a dreamcast rom/emu, as I already have a real dreamcast. Wanting that arcade feel on my Astro city.
