Yes, thank you for that. I totally forgot to extract the .tar.gz. You have to do it twice with 7-zip. Once to get it unarchived, then a second time to extract the .img file. It is currently installing to the SD card!

I don't know why I am feeling lost at the beginning step here. I am running Windows 10, and I downloaded Etcher, the 170211 Arpicade file, which is a tar.gz file, but Etcher does not seem to support tar.gz for moving to SD cards? I tried to extract it, and when I did, Etcher does not see the file. W...
